Golden Knight Scholarship
This scholarship of $1,000 will be awarded to one student athlete, who has spent at least 2 years on a varsity team and has contributed to his or her team(s), as well as the community.
Below are the requirements for consideration:
1.) Essay: Tell us how you have improved the student-athlete experience for your teammates.
2.) Letter of recommendation submitted from 2 of the following: teacher, coach, community member.

Harvey Conklin Scholarship
The Black and Gold Club recognizes a student athlete(s) for participation and outstanding achievement in NHS athletics. This senior award is for an amount to be determined by the club’s board, and is based on a point allocation system for varsity participation and contribution, in addition to recipient qualifications below:
1.) Candidate must be accepted to an institution of higher learning.
2.) Candidate much have participated in Varsity athletics at NHS for at least 2 years.
3.) The candidate family shall be a member in good standing in the Nanuet Black and Gold Club
for 2 consecutive years.
4.) Candidate or family member shall volunteer at a Black and Gold event or fundraiser within the athlete’s senior year.
